FASHION: Getting shady with Glassesshop.com

Despite being blind as a bat and requiring eyeglasses from the age of thirteen I've never managed to organise a pair of prescription sunglasses for myself, which has resulted in endless summers and holidays squinting away and boosting the crows feet around my eyes. When I was asked by Glassesshop.com if I would like to try out a new pair of frames I seized the opportunity and ordered a pair, an with the current brightness, I'm glad I did!

I opted for a pair of Pensacola Square frames with a blue mirror coating which cost £28.12 including the lenses. Not bad eh?

So, what are they like on? Perfect, the brightness of the world is dimmed, I'm not squinting like Mr Magoo constantly and the bags under my eyes have gone down substantially. I'm delighted with them and would order online from them again. At those prices it seems almost rude not to have a selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses for every occasion and outfit!

House of Fraser - Men's Accessories

House of Fraser as a store sticks in my head for all the right reasons. In my early twenties (heady days before Internet shopping was a pipe dream) it was the only place that sold my favourite aftershave of all time, Bvlgari Pour Homme. When I was asked to take a look over their male accessories to see what they had to offer I didn’t have to think twice after all I could happily bankrupt myself when wandering around one of their many stores. 

Instead of looking at the usual items, such as cufflinks, ties and belts to accessorise an outfit I thought slightly outside the box and have gone for some lovely items that cut across a broad range of budgets and covers everything you need when it comes to mens accessories. 

So, what did I spot that I could see myself buying? Here’s what…

Did you really think I wouldn’t pick out cufflinks?
